Covid-19 statement from Sinara
In common with most other organisations, Sinara are closely monitoring the Covid-19 situation and related UK government guidance. Our priority is to protect the welfare of our staff and their families, and to act responsibly with regard to the wider community.
We would like to reassure our clients and partners that we are, and will continue to be, able to carry on with development projects and systems support, and that we will continue to provide the usual high levels of service and quality of work for which Sinara is known.
In line with the latest government guidance, we have put in place a policy for Sinara’s staff to work from home.
Sinara already had well-designed and regularly tested Business Continuity plans, so we have appropriate and robust technology and IT systems to enable remote working for all staff and project teams.
We have the right resources in place to continue with both existing and new projects and to meet our support commitments as we all adapt to new working practices. Client contact will continue through the existing channels, and we will make more use of conference calls as needed.
The board and management team here at Sinara will continue to monitor latest UK government guidelines and will adapt our procedures where necessary.
We look forward to continue working with our clients over the coming months, and remain very much open to discussions with new clients. We appreciate some plans may be on hold during this uncertain period, but we are available to talk about future needs and see whether or not Sinara can help. Please do get in touch.
